The “293oritsfree” guarantee is a promise to deliver a mockup within 10 business days from the day of sign up. This offer is contingent upon “You” the client filling in all required information in order for RMS to deliver within the specific amount of time.

 

RMS will not be responsible for downtime due to internet interruptions, incomplete information supplied by customers, photos, images and other graphics that are supplied by the client and deemed unusable due to poor quality, etc.

 

RMS is responsible for providing the mockup based on the supplied information from the client.

 

If the mockup is not delivered within 10 days and we deem that the claim is reasonable RMS will refund the entire amount minus any fees that RMS incurred during the mockup design process.
